During prayer times, access to certain parts of the mosque might be restricted to worshippers. It is important to be considerate of those praying and their religious practices.
When visiting the Pink Mosque (Putra Mosque), visitors are required to dress modestly. Women must cover their heads, shoulders, and knees, typically with a headscarf and long garments. When entering the Pink and Blue Mosques, visitors should observe several etiquette rules. It is important to avoid loud talking, running, or any disruptive behavior within the premises. Public displays of affection are strictly prohibited. Do not eat, drink, or smoke inside the mosque. Always walk respectfully and avoid walking in front of worshippers during prayer. Photography is generally allowed, but be considerate and do not disturb those praying.
