Discover Maratea’s dramatic coastline on a guided SUP experience designed for beginners, first-time paddlers and families. After a clear introduction to balance, paddling and safety, set out with your instructor to explore crystal-clear waters, rocky inlets, sea caves and secluded coves.

Choose from 1-, 2- or 3-hour options depending on your available time and preferred level of adventure. The shorter tours are especially suitable for families and children from age 5, while the 3-hour option is recommended for participants aged 12 and over.

No previous SUP experience is required. Your instructor will adapt the pace to the group and provide support throughout the activity, helping everyone feel comfortable on the board.

Quiet, motor-free and low-impact, this eco-friendly experience offers a more sustainable way to discover Maratea from the sea. Combine light outdoor activity, scenic exploration and moments of relaxation while enjoying one of Basilicata’s most beautiful coastal landscapes.
