Before installing the eSIM, please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data to scan the QR code or enter the details manually to add the cellular plan.
Please follow the installation instructions. Do not exit the screen during the process to prevent your phone from misidentifying the eSIM, which may lead to the deletion of the eSIM plan.
Each QR code can only be scanned by one device. Once bound, it cannot be transferred to another device.
If an error message appears after scanning, it does not mean the eSIM is invalid. Please restart your phone and check the Cellular/Mobile Data page to see if the eSIM has been bound to your device, or contact customer support for assistance. Do not scan other QR codes, as this may cause duplicate binding and invalidate the eSIM.
The eSIM can be kept for 180 days before scanning. Once scanned, it must be activated within 30 days. It will automatically expire after this period, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
For iPhone users, please delete any existing profiles (Check: Settings > General > Device Management. If there are no profiles at the bottom, it is normal) to ensure smooth usage.
No replacements or refunds will be provided if the eSIM plan is not fully used or if the plan is deleted without confirmation from customer support.
The day you scan the QR code counts as the first day of your plan. We recommend scanning to install the eSIM before your flight or upon arrival to avoid early activation. One day is defined as midnight to midnight (00:00-23:59) according to Taiwan time (GMT+8), not a 24-hour period.
Please ensure your phone and its operating system support eSIM functionality before purchasing. No refunds will be provided if the service cannot be used due to device incompatibility.
Network quality varies by country and is not as dense as in Taiwan. Regional differences and infrastructure variations exist in every country. We cannot provide refunds for signal issues in specific areas. If you experience poor signal, you can manually switch carriers: Network Selection/Carrier > Turn off Automatic > Search and select a different carrier.
If you are unable to use the service upon arrival, please contact our LINE support using airport or local Wi-Fi. We cannot provide after-sales support once you have returned to your home country.
Actual signal and connection speed may vary depending on location, terrain, weather, building obstruction, number of users, network system, or terminal equipment. If 5G is not supported locally or by your phone, it will automatically switch to 4G.
This product uses international roaming IP. Some apps on Android devices may not work due to the IP location (e.g., TikTok, Alipay, Amap, Meituan, Mini Programs, etc.).
