- Important notes
- iPhones purchased in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE2, and iPhone XS support eSIM; other models do not. Please check where your phone was purchased before booking.
- Samsung S20 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in the US do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in Hong Kong do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 purchased in South Korea does not support eSIM.
- Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 has eSIM functionality, it is unstable, and we do not recommend purchasing it for this product.

- Samsung phones vary by country of purchase; please check the list of countries supporting eSIM here before purchasing.
- iOS 12.1 or later is required. iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM, and some models in Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM.
Reminders
Each QR code can only be scanned once on one device. Do not change or delete the eSIM after binding.
To stop using the eSIM, go to your phone's eSIM settings and tap Remove Mobile Plan.
Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If you exceed the data limit within a short period, the carrier reserves the right to throttle your speed or disconnect your service. We recommend turning off automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair Internet access for all users, every carrier has a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If you use excessive data in a busy area within a short period, the carrier may temporarily throttle your speed to maintain network stability. We cannot intervene in this process. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid high-bandwidth activities like streaming videos or updating software for long periods.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your mobile carrier.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
