- Notes
- iPhones purchased in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE2, and iPhone XS support eSIM; other models are not supported. Please check where your phone was purchased before booking.
- Samsung S20 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in the US do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in Hong Kong do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 purchased in South Korea does not support eSIM.
- Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 has eSIM functionality, it is currently unstable, and we do not recommend purchasing it.

Purchase Notice
- Please check if your phone model is compatible with this product. No refunds will be provided if the product cannot be used due to failure to check compatibility.
- Samsung phones vary by region; please check the list of countries that support eSIM before purchasinglist.
- iOS 12.1 or later is required. eSIM is not available on iPhones sold in mainland China, and some models in Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM.
Reminders
Each QR code can only be scanned once by one device. Once bound, do not change or delete it.
To stop using the eSIM, go to your phone's eSIM settings and tap Remove Mobile Plan at the bottom.
Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If excessive data is used within a short period, the carrier reserves the right to impose restrictions, which may result in temporary speed reduction or disconnection. It is recommended to turn off automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair network service for all users at all times, every carrier has a Fair Usage Policy to monitor data consumption. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, causing others to be unable to use the network normally, the carrier may impose temporary speed restrictions. We cannot intervene in this, and your mobile Internet may be temporarily affected. To ensure normal usage, please avoid long periods of video streaming or updating software that consumes large amounts of data.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your home carrier.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
