Each QR code can only be scanned once by one device. Once bound, please do not change or delete it.
When you are finished, you can remove the eSIM by selecting [Remove Mobile Plan] at the bottom of your phone's eSIM settings.
Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If you use an excessive amount of data in a short period, the carrier reserves the right to restrict your connection, which may result in slower speeds or temporary disconnection. It is recommended to turn off automatic app updates and video autoplay on your device.
To ensure fair access to mobile network services for all users at all times, every carrier has its own Fair Usage Policy. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, causing others to be unable to use the network normally, the carrier may impose temporary speed restrictions. We are unable to intervene in this, and your mobile network may be temporarily affected. - Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
