MUSICAL Gone Tomorrow - 10th Anniversary
Through ten years of time, to the deepest and most solid season yet. Revolutionary, assassin, last king - the world they dreamed of.
"Whatever we think and do as we live in this age, may it leave a trace and become another strength for those who will live our tomorrow today." - from the musical <Gone Tomorrow>
Even after the revolution collapsed, the ember did not die. It returns once again to us, today.
The revolution Kim Ok-gyun launched in the 1884 Gapsin Coup failed within three days, and he was eventually assassinated. <Gone Tomorrow> takes his last days as its motif and portrays the conflicting beliefs and choices of the people who lived through the turbulent era from the Gapsin Coup to the 1910 national disgrace. A revolutionary who tried to change the nation. An assassin who accepted the king's order and approached him. A king who had to survive as the ruler of a powerless country. Three people who dreamed of different tomorrows collide amid the great upheaval of history.
