Product Info

Begin your culinary adventure with a visit to a Caseificio, a fresh cheese factory. Taste a variety of delicious cheeses such as cacciottine, ricotta, and mozzarella while learning about the cheese-making process.

Next, head to a lemon and olive farm that’s been around since 1850. Sample homemade lemon and orange marmalades, olive oil, and limoncello.

Continue to a local pizzeria and discover the technique of making pizza with Mother Yeast. Knead your previously-prepared dough as you learn about how Neapolitan pizza is made. Under the guidance of an authentic Italian chef, create your own pizza with your favorite ingredients and bake it in a wood-burning oven. Enjoy your creation accompanied by wine, soft drinks, and desserts to finish off your meal.

To end your day, choose between an espresso or Italian gelato at a local bar while enjoying the breathtaking view.
