Newcastle: Gin or Spiced Rum Making Experience｜United Kingdom

Step into the world of craft distilling and create a spirit tailored entirely to your own taste.

Whether you're a gin enthusiast or a spiced rum lover, this hands-on distillery experience allows you to become a distiller for the day. Guided by experienced instructors, you'll discover the history of your chosen spirit, learn how different botanicals and spices influence flavor, and sample a variety of spirits throughout the session.

Using your own mini-still and workstation, you'll select from a wide range of botanicals and ingredients before distilling your own personalized recipe. Whether you prefer a classic juniper-forward gin, a fruity botanical blend, or a rich and warming spiced rum, you'll create a bottle designed around your own preferences.

Enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival, additional tastings throughout the academy, and a second drink while your spirit is being crafted. At the end of the experience, you'll leave with a full bottle of your own handmade spirit to enjoy at home.

Perfect for couples, groups of friends, celebrations, and anyone looking for a unique hands-on experience
