Your day begins with a pickup from your hotel in Trincomalee, Uppuveli, or Nilaveli. Our first stop is the massive, ancient Kantale Tank (Lake), an engineering marvel built in the 7th century. Here, you will step out of the car and into a kayak. Glide silently across the glassy water, taking in breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and spotting local birdlife. It is the perfect way to stretch your legs and experience authentic Sri Lankan nature away from the crowds.

WILD ELEPHANT JEEP SAFARI
Next, we continue to the legendary Minneriya or Kaudulla National Park (depending on seasonal elephant movements). Board a private open-top safari jeep for a 3-hour expedition. During the famous "Gathering" season, you may see hundreds of wild Asian elephants congregating around the water. Keep your camera ready for crocodiles, buffalo, monkeys, and rare birds.
