• Departure Time: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (flexible based on your preference)
  
• Grace Period: 15 minutes free waiting time
• The charter duration starts at your booked pick-up time and ends when you are dropped off at your final destination.
• Overtime surcharge : RM100 per hours, please pay cash to the driver.

1. Option for Johor Bahru City Departure & Return Location : Johor Bahru City
2. Option for Singapore Departure & Return Location : Singapore City    

• Cross border using Licensed Tourist Vehicle: Travel with licensed tourist vehicle, operated in compliance with the latest cross-border regulations between Johor Bahru and Singapore.
  
• Starex & Travel van both under ASEAN PSV Licensed, Licensed tour vehicles with Bas Persiaran Permit. Use the bus lane at checkpoints. Passengers must alight with their luggage at both Singapore & Malaysian immigration. After clearance, passengers will continue the journey in the same vehicle with the same driver.

• Please include infants and children in the total passenger count and select a suitable vehicle based on the accurate number of passengers.
