The Baku Victory Museum Tour is a special themed tour designed to help visitors learn about the Victory period, which is considered a turning point in Azerbaijan's modern history, understand the background of the events, and feel the spirit of that era. This tour is not just a museum tour; it is a profound experience that brings together historical facts, human stories, and the concept of the modern state.
Our tour begins in Baku, and visitors are transported to the Victory Museum in a comfortable mode of transport. Along the way, the guide provides general information about the political and military developments in Azerbaijan over the past decades (the topic can be changed upon request). This section enables guests to experience their museum visit in a more informed and contextualized way.
Once inside the museum, the tour continues in stages. Here, visitors can explore exhibition halls equipped with modern technologies, multimedia presentations, archival materials, maps, and various military exhibits. The guide explains each section in turn, presenting the chronology of events and their strategic importance in simple, accessible language.
Through interactive displays, visitors learn about the course of events, and various visual materials help them get a closer feel for the atmosphere of the period. The spectacular layout of the museum's open-air area makes the tour even more realistic and impactful. This section, in particular, offers interesting opportunities for taking photos.
During the tour, not only the military aspect but also the human factor is highlighted. The guide shares information about the heroic stories of martyrs and veterans and touches on the themes of national unity and solidarity. This allows visitors to both gain knowledge and form an emotional connection.
At the end of the tour, guests are given the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion.
