Discover the spectacular landscapes of southwest Bolivia on a private 3-day journey from Uyuni, with transportation, guide, meals, accommodations, and required entrance fees included.
Day 1 – Uyuni Salt Flats & Incahuasi Island
Begin at 10:30 AM and visit the historic Train Cemetery before continuing to Colchani, where you can see traditional salt production and local handicrafts.
Enter the immense Uyuni Salt Flats and visit Playa Blanca, the Dakar Monument, Flags of the World, and the natural Salt Eyes. Continue across the endless white landscape to Incahuasi Island, famous for its giant cacti and panoramic views.
Enjoy lunch during the journey and capture creative perspective photos on the salt flats. Finish the day watching the sunset before traveling to your accommodation. Enjoy dinner and stay in a basic local accommodation with a private room and private bathroom.
Day 2 – Andean Lagoons, Siloli Desert & Red Lagoon
After breakfast, continue through the Chiguana Desert and admire views of Ollagüe Volcano. Explore the beautiful Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiarcota Lagoons, where flamingos can often be observed.
Continue into the Siloli Desert to discover its dramatic landscapes and the iconic Stone Tree. Later, visit Laguna Colorada, famous for its reddish waters, mineral formations, and Andean flamingos.
Enjoy dinner and spend the second night in a basic local accommodation with a private room and private bathroom.
Day 3 – Geysers, Hot Springs & Return to Uyuni
Start early and explore the Sol de Mañana geothermal field, with impressive fumaroles and bubbling mud. Continue to Polques Hot Springs, where you can relax in the thermal waters.
Travel through the surreal Dalí Desert before visiting the spectacular Green and White Lagoons beneath Licancabur Volcano.
After exploring the remote landscapes of the Bolivian Altiplano, begin your return journey to Uyuni. Arrive in Uyuni at approximately 5:00 PM, where your private 3-day adventure comes to an end.
The tour includes private 4x4 transportation, an English-speaking guide, meals, two nights of basic local accommodation with private room and private bathroom, and all required entrance fees.
