Know Before You Go: This is a general-interest introductory birdwatching experience led by a local nature guide, not a specialist ornithological tour. The activity includes short walks and observation stops on natural or uneven terrain. The exact route may change according to the weather, season, water levels and recent bird activity. All birds and wildlife are completely wild, and no particular species can be guaranteed. Red-legged Seriemas and Southern Screamers should be considered lucky sightings. Morning tours operate approximately from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and afternoon tours from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Departure times may vary slightly according to seasonal and local conditions. Binoculars, a spotting scope and a Birds of Bolivia field guide are available for use during the tour.
