The Gamba Osaka football training event is held at the Tseung Kwan O HKFA Training Centre. The Japanese coaching staff from Gamba Osaka Youth Academy will focus on enhancing Japanese football techniques, physical training, and teamwork development. Participants will improve skills such as shooting, attacking from vital areas, ball control, passing, and various team play scenarios including 3 on 1, 4 on 2, 3 on 3, 2 on 1, and 1 on 1.
Each participant in the Gamba Osaka football training will receive a certificate and a training jersey. There is also an option to upgrade the certificate to a booklet type, which includes professional football photos. Additionally, participants will receive a limited edition Gamba Osaka training towel and a custom-designed Soccer Player Card.
The Gamba Osaka football training sessions are open to children aged 3 to 14 years old, as well as adult participants. To ensure effective learning and development, participants will be grouped into different age categories for each training session.
The Gamba Osaka football training in Hong Kong will be personally led by the Director of the Gamba Osaka Youth Academy, accompanied by a professional Japanese coaching staff. They will be sharing their expertise and training methodologies directly with all participants.
The training sessions are scheduled from September 25th to 27th, running daily from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. Each individual training session is 1.5 hours long. Participants have the flexibility to book a minimum of one session over the three-day event.
If a Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3, or a Yellow Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the training sessions will proceed as scheduled. However, if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the activity will be cancelled for participant safety. Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable but can be credited towards future football training courses or Young Talent Football Team classes.
The training content is structured daily. On September 25th, it will cover Ball Position, Pass & Control, and small-sided games (3 on 1, 4 on 2, 3 on 3). September 26th focuses on Shooting and strategies for attacking from vital areas. The final day, September 27th, will feature Break & Attack techniques and 1 on 1 / 2 on 1 scenarios.
