This is a seasonal product heavily influenced by weather. If roads are closed on the day of departure due to weather, we will contact you immediately to discuss adjusting the travel method or changing the travel date.

Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) and above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative and sign a 'Health Commitment Form'. Please note that we cannot accept bookings from individuals with infectious diseases, a history of heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, or mental illness, as well as pregnant women.

Sunshine Ski Resort is the default, but it may be adjusted based on the resort's opening status and visitor numbers on the day.

If weather conditions like snow affect vehicle travel, priority will be given to switching to a regular train for the round trip (approx. 3 hours one way), and travelers do not need to pay the price difference. It is common for roads in Northeast China to be closed due to heavy snow in winter; in such cases, please ensure you provide a photo of your passport's information page and complete details in advance so we can book tickets on your behalf. Thank you for your understanding! If travelers are unwilling to accept this or if tickets are unavailable at the time of booking, the tour will be cancelled with a full refund.

Please arrive at the pickup location at the time agreed upon by the tour staff. Do not be late to avoid delaying the itinerary for yourself and other travelers.

All scenic areas require the presentation of original ID cards, passports, or travel permits for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan upon entry. Please be sure to carry the documents registered at the time of booking. Travelers must provide accurate registration information (name, ID number, etc.) to avoid unnecessary losses.

If you qualify for the current free admission policy of a scenic area, please note that the ticket refund will not be based on the official listed price, but will be calculated according to the travel agency's group discount policy.

Farmhouse homestays feature traditional 'kang' beds, typically in 4-6 person rooms. Guests are separated by gender and share rooms with others of the same gender. Disposable toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own.

For solo travelers, we will try our best to arrange a shared room with other travelers. If a shared room cannot be arranged, you will need to pay a single room supplement (ranging from approximately 150-600 depending on the low/peak travel season). If a traveler chooses not to share a room, they must pay the single room supplement.

Scenic areas measure children's height based on their height with shoes on, not their actual height; please keep this in mind when booking. If you exceed the height limit for discounted tickets upon arrival at the scenic area, you will need to purchase tickets on-site. The on-site purchasing process can be cumbersome and may affect the overall schedule of the group tour; thank you for your understanding.

The return time may be delayed due to weather, so please do not book other itineraries for the day of your return.

Transportation costs to the meeting point, transportation after the tour concludes, or local transportation to hotels or airports after switching to a train due to road closures caused by heavy snow, are at your own expense.

The agency will not be responsible for any losses arising from force majeure factors (such as ferry schedules, weather, flight issues, etc.).

Clothing: During winter travel in Northeast China, temperatures along the route are low, ranging from 0°C to -20°C, and can reach below -30°C in some areas. There is a significant temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, so it is recommended to choose loose-fitting clothing that is easy to put on and take off. The climate in the Northeast is dry, and both indoors and tour vehicles are heated, so it will not feel overly cold; a down jacket, sweater, and thermal underwear are usually sufficient, except at ski resorts. Keeping your feet warm is especially important; it is recommended to prepare a pair of thick-soled, non-slip fur boots. You may want to choose a size slightly larger than your usual size to accommodate thick insoles or thick socks for extra warmth. Also, wear soft, cold-resistant gloves, a scarf, and a warm hat or earmuffs. If you want to take great photos, you can prepare several hats in different styles and colors, which you can also swap with fellow travelers. If it is inconvenient to carry them, you can purchase affordable and practical cold-weather gear at your first destination in the Northeast, where there is a wide variety of materials and styles available.

Alpine Skiing: Skiing is an exciting experience, but it carries risks for unprepared beginners, so please assess your own condition and act within your limits. Skiing consumes a lot of energy; it is recommended to replenish with chocolate and water beforehand. Be sure to warm up your limbs and joints before skiing. When walking on icy or snowy surfaces, keep your knees slightly bent and your center of gravity forward to avoid slipping. Read the ski resort's guidelines carefully before skiing, understand the relevant rules, and learn basic techniques from an instructor. During skiing, please follow the staff's instructions and do not enter forests or advanced ski slopes without authorization. Most skiing activities in the itinerary are located in forested areas, so travelers must be mindful of fire safety; smoking in the wild is strictly prohibited.

Eye Protection: In the northern winter, snow is deep and reflects light strongly. Be sure to wear sunglasses when going out to protect your eyes and prevent snow blindness caused by reflected sunlight.

Private vendors often follow guests at scenic area entrances and inside the park to sell goods. The quality of these products varies, so please choose carefully and remember to ask for a receipt. Do not easily trust mobile vendors along the road or promotions at supermarkets along the way to avoid unnecessary consumption losses. Any purchases made in these places are entirely personal behavior and have nothing to do with the travel agency.

Please keep your personal belongings safe. Carry your ID documents and valuables with you at all times; do not leave them with others or leave them on the vehicle or in your room. The travel agency will not be responsible for any losses. During free time, please be sure to pay attention to your personal safety and the security of your belongings.

During the tour, do not linger too long in scenic spots or shopping areas, which may cause you to fall behind or cause delays. Please cooperate with the tour leader's arrangements, arrive at the designated meeting point on time, and do not wander off alone to avoid delaying the overall itinerary.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
