1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children cannot join this tour. For the safety of pregnant women, those who are pregnant must be no more than 24 weeks along by the end of the trip.
2. Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including name, gender, valid contact information (mobile phone preferred for urgent notifications), and accurate flight or meeting point details to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel. Losses caused by providing incorrect information will be borne by you.
3. Hotels offer different room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per hotel requirements, each group must carry at least one credit or debit card usable at the destination for incidental deposits and check-in procedures. If there are no personal expenses, the deposit will be refunded within 7-14 business days after check-out. We guarantee the number of rooms but not the specific room type or location. Hotel check-in is usually after 15:00.
4. Guests must purchase tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using City Pass is not permitted. Ticket prices and meal costs are subject to change based on official notices; prices announced on the day of the visit shall prevail.
5. The itinerary sequence may be adjusted for operational convenience to ensure the tour proceeds smoothly, without reducing the included items.
6. During the trip, the guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the sequence, duration, or meeting times of attractions based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.
7. In the event of temporary attraction closures or holiday closures (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.), the guide will adjust the itinerary to include external views or alternative attractions to ensure a rich experience. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change due to the pandemic; please understand that such impacts are considered force majeure.
8. Children under eight must use a safety seat. Rental service is available at USD$10.00/person/day. Please note this when booking so we can prepare. Any fines or violations resulting from failure to notify us will be the guest's responsibility. If a large bus is used on the day of travel, safety seats are not required, and the fee will be refunded.
9. Many attractions require a basic level of physical health. Disabled guests or those with limited mobility should contact us for policy information before booking. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible buses or appropriate seating.
10. A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tours, to be collected by the guide during the trip.
Special Notes:
1) No fuel surcharge is collected on airport pick-up/drop-off days if there is no other bus itinerary.
2) No fuel surcharge applies on days without bus service (e.g., Florida products where guests use park shuttles, or train tours where the entire day is by train with no guide/bus service).
3) For U.S.-Canada cross-border products, fuel surcharges are collected based on the actual location: USD$5/person/day in the U.S. and CAD$5/person/day in Canada.
11. To ensure a complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the guide's meeting times. The bus will depart without waiting if guests are more than ten minutes late. We strive for punctuality, but we are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorism, nor for any resulting additional expenses for flights, trains, buses, or other travel costs.
12. For operational convenience, guests may be transferred to a different vehicle with a different guide and driver during the trip.
13. This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify the guide in advance, obtain consent, and sign a departure agreement. The unfinished portion will be considered a voluntary withdrawal, and no refund will be provided.
