- Free Wi-Fi is available in the terrace deck area. Please note that satellite signals at sea may suffer frequent interruptions.

Self-Arranged Transportation: Guests who do not book the transfer service are required to arrange their own transportation to Tuan Chau International Port (Halong City) and present themselves at the Bhaya Cruise Lounge for check-in.
Please arrive at the Hanoi meeting point or Tuan Chau Port at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure smooth boarding, as transfers and cruise departures operate strictly on schedule.

The 2 Adults + 2 Children option applies ONLY to children aged 0 to 5 years old (under 6). Child age is strictly calculated based on the traveler's exact date of birth relative to the departure/check-in date
