Product Info

Your experience begins with a comfortable pickup from your accommodation. From there, we head 12 km west of Ushuaia toward the legendary Tierra del Fuego National Park. Covering 63,000 hectares of protected subantarctic wilderness, this is the only park in Argentina where the majestic Andes Mountains meet the marine coastline.

As we enter this pristine ecosystem, you will witness the unique flora of the end of the world, including ancient Beech trees (Lengas and Ñires) draped in "Old Man’s Beard" lichens and vibrant wildflowers like the "Chinese Lanterns."

Our first major stop is Lake Acigami (formerly Lake Roca), named by the native Yámana people. Here, you’ll be captivated by the mirror-like glacial waters framed by snow-capped peaks.

Nearby, you will find La Casita del Bosque, a charming spot to rest and enjoy a hot chocolate while admiring the lush, ancient vegetation of the area. Just a short distance from the lake is the Alakush Visitor Center, which features a café and an insightful interpretation center dedicated to the history and ecology of Tierra del Fuego National Park.

The journey culminates at the iconic Lapataia Bay. This is more than just a scenic spot; it is the geographical end of National Route 3, located over 3,000 km from Buenos Aires. Standing face-to-face with the immense silence of the bay, you can walk the wooden footpaths to breathe the purest air on the continent.

Finally, we reach the world-famous "End of the World" sign. This landmark marks the absolute end of National Route 3, the perfect spot for the most iconic photo of your journey before we return to the city.

The national park entry ticket will be included if you select the relevant option: ‘Tierra del Fuego National Park Tour with Entry Ticket'
