  • Not Allowed: Food and drinks

  • Know Before You Go: Plan for about a 45 to 60-minute experience inside the museum

  • Know Before You Go: Your ticket is valid only for the date and time you booked

  • Know Before You Go: Children 4 and under are free and do not need a ticket

  • Know Before You Go: There is a Smart Shop onsite which allows you to purchase many of the games you will find in the Smart Playroom as well as other MOI merchandise

  • Know Before You Go: Wheelchair users can access most exhibits, but two immersive rooms with slanted floors are not accessible. These rooms can be bypassed easily.
