PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age: 13 years
- Participants under 18 must have adult supervision / parental consent
- Weight range: 40–120 kg
- Must be water-competent and able to swim 25 m unaided
- Moderate level of fitness required
- Not suitable for pregnant travellers or those with certain heart conditions
- Please ensure you have read and accepted supplier's terms and conditions prior to sending a reservation request
WHAT TO BRING
- Swimwear (worn under the wetsuit)
- Towel and a change of clothes
- Secured strap for glasses, if worn
- Sunscreen
Reminders
Trips run subject to weather and river conditions and may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety
Wetsuits and gear are provided on site
Please reconfirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to departure
Participation in rafting activities involves a degree of risk, and the rafting operator cannot absolutely guarantee participants' safety
Participants need to listen carefully to our guides' instructions
Supplier reserve the right to cancel trips or substitute another river or section of river for safety reasons
All trips operate dependent on weather, river level and/or water temperature
Portages may be required based on changes to the water level and flow
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
