Reminders
Large items, long items such as umbrellas, and food and drinks are not allowed inside the castle. Selfie sticks are also prohibited.
Customers using wheelchairs are not permitted to participate.
Due to renovation work and other circumstances within the castle grounds, some areas you had planned to visit may not be accessible. We appreciate your understanding.
This plan includes only the entrance fee to Chantilly Castle and its gardens. It does not include any activities or lunch. Activity prices are as of July 2026. Please note that activities may be unavailable due to weather conditions or other circumstances at the castle.
We will do our best to accommodate changes to departure times and extensions to end times, so please contact us in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
If you wish to extend your session, please be sure to indicate this in the "Remarks" section when making your reservation. An extension fee of €115 per 30 minutes (per group) will apply. Depending on the time of your extension, additional charges may apply, so please inquire via the messaging function when making your reservation.

For departures and arrivals at hotels outside of the Paris suburbs other than those listed below, an additional charge of €115 per one-way trip will apply.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 15 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
