 * We reserve the right to change the order of the Lhasa itinerary and attractions; 

* If you prefer to book your own hotel instead of joining the hotel included in the group tour, please meet the other members at the group hotel on time every day. Transfers to and from your self-booked hotel are not included; 

 * On the first and last day of the itinerary, we need to pick up and drop off all group members at Lhasa Airport/Railway Station, so there may only be a driver present, not necessarily accompanied by a tour guide; 

* Due to the special nature of travel in Tibet, any unforeseen and unavoidable objective circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, disturbances, strikes, public health emergencies, government actions, severe traffic congestion, flight/train delays or cancellations, temporary closure of attractions, etc., leading to itinerary changes, the increased costs will be borne by the traveler; if any attraction visits must be canceled due to the same reasons mentioned above, Great Tibet Tour will not be responsible for refunds, unless for specific attraction ticket refunds, which will be decided solely by Great Tibet Tour; 

 * Due to geographical and climatic conditions, the accommodation conditions at Everest Base Camp are relatively simple. If you wish for a better travel experience, we recommend the Rongbuk Monastery Guesthouse. However, the number of rooms is limited, especially during the peak tourist season. Therefore, if you would like to stay at the Rongbuk Monastery Guesthouse, please contact us in advance, as the price is different and we can upgrade your hotel; 

* If any group members wish to continue to Kathmandu, we will bid them farewell at the Gyirong border. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to explore the Gyirong Valley, known as the back garden of the Himalayas; 

* All members of the same group must travel with the same tour guide throughout the journey. Therefore, all members must follow the same itinerary and visit the same attractions. If anyone requests to change the scheduled arrangements for personal reasons, they must obtain the permission of other members and accept any potential cost changes.
