  • Transportation zone: Pick-up is provided from 20 Davey Street, Hobart TAS 7000 (Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre).
  • Health & safety advisory: Guests are required to notify the operator at the time of booking if they have any special requirements, including wheelchair access, strollers, large equipment, or food allergies.
  • Advance booking is available up to 09:00 on the day of the tour; same-day bookings are accepted before this cut-off time.
  • Minimum group size is 2 adults. If the minimum is not met, the tour will be canceled and a notice will be sent 1 day prior to departure.

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
