If you are not present at the designated meeting time, the bus will depart without waiting. For same-day cancellations or if you will be late for the meeting time, please contact the emergency contact number listed on your booking confirmation.
Temples may be closed without notice due to religious events or other circumstances. In such cases, you will only be able to view the exterior or be directed to an alternative temple. Please be aware of this in advance.
Please note that due to traffic conditions and other circumstances, the tour end time may be significantly delayed, but we will not provide any additional expenses for food, transportation, or accommodation. Also, the schedule and duration of stays at sightseeing locations may change due to traffic conditions and other circumstances. No refunds or discounts will be given if the duration of stays at each sightseeing location is shortened.
Tips for the Japanese-speaking guide and driver are not included. If you are satisfied with the service, we would appreciate any gratuity you may offer.
Currently, due to restoration work, it is highly likely that you will not be able to enter the main hall and the central circular building of Wat Ratchabophit. Please be aware of this before participating.
