Product Info

Begin your day with a visit to the Revelation Exhibition, a unique tourist attraction next to Mount Hira in Makkah. Learn about the significance of the Hira Cave, where the Prophet received the first divine revelation.

Next, explore the Museum of the Holy Quran, the first museum in Makkah dedicated to the Holy Quran. Then, ascend to Jabal Al Noor, famous for the Cave of Hira, where the Prophet is said to have received the first of his many revelations.

After lunch on your own, visit the Museum of Makkah. Discover 7 halls containing more than 100,000 artifacts, many of which are hundreds of years old. Continue to the Mosque of the Jinn, a place mentioned in the Quran where a large group of jinn gathered to listen to the Prophet’s recitation of the Quran.

Next, visit the Kiswa Factory, where the new black, pure-silk clothing for the Kaaba, called kiswa, is made every year. See how it is embroidered with silver wires painted with glittering gold, with Quranic verses and supplications written on it.

Finally, stop at the Exhibition of the Two Holy Mosques Architecture. Explore seven sections featuring artifacts dating back to the era of Abdullah ibn Zubair, circa 685 CE/65 Hj. See models of the Two Holy Mosques, antiquities, inscriptions, models of the Kaaba cladding (Kiswa), the old door of the Kaaba, rare photos of the Two Holy Mosques, and a copy of Uthman's collection of the Quran (Mushaf Uthman).
