Step away from the resort and discover the desert around Makadi Bay on an exciting quad bike adventure. Choose the atmosphere that suits you, from an early-morning ride to an evening desert experience combining quad biking, a camel ride, an Oriental dinner, and live entertainment.

Your experience begins with shared hotel pickup, if selected, or by meeting directly at the quad station if you choose the entry-only option. Pickup is available from Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada, Al Ahyaa, El Gouna, Soma Bay, and Safaga. Travel time depends on your hotel location and can take approximately 25–30 minutes from Makadi Bay or Sahl Hasheesh, 40–45 minutes from Hurghada, and up to around 1 hour from the extended pickup areas. Private transfers are also available for guests who prefer a more comfortable and personalized journey.

At the quad station, you’ll receive a safety briefing, helmet, and short driving test before starting the ride. Your guide will explain the basic controls and safety rules and make sure you are comfortable before heading into the desert. Drivers must be at least 16 years old, and racing or reckless driving is not permitted.

Once ready, set off with your guide for a **full 2-hour quad bike ride** through the desert. Ride across open sandy areas, desert tracks, valleys, and mountain landscapes while enjoying the changing scenery around you. The route is guided throughout, with suitable stops for photos and short breaks before continuing the ride.

The evening experience continues beyond the quad bike ride. After completing the full 2-hour desert adventure, enjoy a short camel ride and then continue to a traditional desert camp. Take a moment to relax and experience the atmosphere of the camp before enjoying an Oriental dinner. The evening is then brought to life with traditional performances and live entertainment inspired by Egyptian culture.

For guests who prefer an early start, a **5:00 AM sunrise departure** is also available. Begin your adventure during the peaceful morning hours and enjoy the complete 2-hour quad bike ride while the first light appears over the desert and surrounding mountains.

You can also choose the entry-ticket option if you prefer to reach the quad station independently, while shared transportation is available from the listed pickup areas. This gives you the flexibility to choose the arrangement that works best for your location and plans.

Every program includes a short camel ride of approximately 5 minutes, mainly for the experience and photos. If you would like more time on the camel, a 30-minute camel ride can be added as an optional upgrade.

After completing your selected experience, return to the quad station and, when transportation is included in your booking, continue back to your hotel.
