  • A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women

  • The lobster farm tour may not be available due to weather conditions or the season. No prior notice will not be provided

  • This tour is not suitable for expectant mothers, babies, or travellers with waist, back or joint injuries

  • Infants 0–3 years old can travel with an adult for free. Seats and meals will not be provided on tour. Infants will not be allowed on the 4WD itinerary of this tour. A parent will be require to disembark the coach with the infant for the 4WD part of the tour

  • Travellers are recommended to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, rain gears and a lightweight jacket and wear comfortable shoes

  • Wildflower season commences September through to early November. Profusion of wildflowers depends on weather and other conditions, therefore sightings cannot be guaranteed

  • Sometimes due to soft sand dunes, delays may occur

  • Upgrades to Lobster lunch cannot be pre-booked and are to be ordered and paid for on site

  • Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–13 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
