Our 4.5-hour tour offers both morning and afternoon departure options. The voyage will take you to explore the most magnificent coastal waters of Southern Tasmania, passing by spectacular cliffs, tranquil bays, and hidden, untouched coastlines. Every trip is unique, and we flexibly adjust the route based on the day's weather and sea conditions to ensure the best experience.
Along the way, there are frequent opportunities to encounter abundant marine wildlife, including dolphins, seals, white-bellied sea eagles, and black-faced cormorants, which often accompany the boat. When visibility is good, passengers may also have the chance to see the historic Iron Pot Lighthouse from a distance.
After about 40 minutes of sailing, we will arrive at the fishing or diving area. Fishing enthusiasts can try to catch a variety of local reef fish, including Gurnard Perch, Jackass Morwong, Bluethroat, Leatherjacket, Flathead, Pike, and Australian Salmon. (Note: Sharks caught in shark sanctuaries must be released.) Certified divers can explore the waters in search of rock lobsters, abalone, and sea urchins (a recreational fishing license is required for harvesting lobster and abalone).
A sumptuous dining experience is provided on board, including fresh fruit, Tasmanian Pacific oysters, salmon sashimi, A5/M9 Wagyu beef, lamb chops, and exquisite desserts. Passengers can also use the boat's cooking facilities to prepare their fresh catch and share the ocean's bounty with family and friends.
We will choose a comfortable and safe sheltered bay to anchor based on the day's wind and sea conditions, allowing you to enjoy your meal leisurely while taking in the magnificent sea views. On the return trip, if the sea is calm, the crew will guide passengers to experience steering the yacht and help capture memorable photos at sea.
