By entering the venue, all attendees agree to abide by the rules and assume all risks and responsibilities arising from the use of the facilities.

Children under 100cm must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older (such as a parent or guardian) to enter. Children without adult accompaniment will be refused entry.

Height should be based on the height chart provided in the store.

Individuals with hypertension, respiratory problems, chronic illnesses, or other hidden ailments should carefully assess whether they wish to attend.

Do not participate if you have heart disease, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or have any other health conditions.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, all attendees must wear shoe covers upon entry (one pair of shoe covers is included in the ticket).

Please do not bring the following items into this venue: dangerous or toxic substances, sharp objects, food, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and pets.

Redemption must be made on the reservation date and within the opening hours of that day; otherwise, it will expire.

Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the venue.

For safety reasons, throwing snow, running, chasing or pushing are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Guests should take care of their personal belongings and avoid bringing any valuables into the premises. The venue will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items within its premises.

Guests should keep the venue clean and hygienic and use all facilities carefully. They should not damage the facilities, otherwise they will be required to pay for the damage.

While on the premises, parents or guardians are solely responsible for their children. The premises assume no responsibility for any injuries resulting from accidents or harm.

In the event of severe weather or special events, or as needed, temporary changes may be made to business hours, closure of the premises or any part thereof, restriction of the number of people authorized to enter, and/or suspension or cancellation of any facilities to ensure safety and order.

The park will remain open during Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rain Signal, and Red Rain Signal. If a severe weather warning (Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rain Signal, Red Rain Signal, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above) is issued on the day of your reservation, and you need to change your visit date for safety reasons, please contact KKday on that day. KKday will assist you in changing your reservation date. The park may adjust its operating hours and policies according to the actual situation to ensure public safety and health to the greatest extent possible.

Magic Ice reserves the right to make the final decision regarding temporary changes to business hours, closure of premises or parts, restrictions on the number of people authorized to enter, and/or suspension or cancellation of any facilities in the event of special circumstances or as required by the situation.
