Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary general admission

Meeting point description: Present your ticket (mobile or print) at the ticket counter to enter(593 Briggs Rd, Brighton TAS, Australia)

Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any day of the year

You'll also be given a bag of complimentary kangaroo food, so you can enjoy some gentle hand-feeding with the free-roaming kangaroos. These gentle giants love a good scratch on the chest - not the head, back, or tail (they can find touching in these areas quite confusing!), and we do request that any joeys in Mum's pouch are left alone

There's no pre-booking needed to join the feeding- just make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes before they start and you can join in. These tours run for 45 minutes and include the wombats, devils, and koalas

The Sanctuary is one big circle, so if you stick to the path, you'll see everything! We recommend allowing at least 1 hour if you are self-guiding

You should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe walking shoes and remember to bring a camera (and charge those batteries!)

Please bring warm layers of clothing and rainwear just in case - especially in winter!
