Proceed independently to the designated meeting point in Fairbanks, present valid identification to check in, and board the plane to the Courtford camp.
After landing, the bus will take you to the camp. You will have one hour of free time to visit the northernmost post office to send postcards or dine at the restaurant.
The group will gather and return by bus, stopping at the Arctic Circle marker to check in and receive their Arctic Circle expedition certificates; a short rest stop will be made at the Yukon River camp.
Upon arrival at the Arctic Circle trading post, you can rest and participate in aurora viewing for an additional fee of US$60; afterwards, you will return to your city hotel in batches.

The price includes: transportation from Courtford to Fairbanks, airfare from Fairbanks to Courtford, and local English language instruction.

Tour guide service

The price does not include: personal meals; driver and guide gratuities (recommended: $10 USD per person).

If you are satisfied with the service, please tip your tour guide upon arrival at your Fairbanks hotel as a token of appreciation. Also, please tip the pilot.
