As you cruise along the river, marvel at landmarks such as the Château Frontenac, Côte-de-Beaupré and Montmorency Falls. The boat sails east past Old Quebec towards the Île d’Orléans and the Montmorency Falls, before turning back at the Île d’Orléans Bridge. It then passes by the Saint-Charles River before returning to Old Quebec, with the entire cruise lasting approximately 1.5-hour.

Throughout your journey, you can learn fascinating facts about Quebec's past, landmarks and culture from the guide, or use the audioguide, which is available in 8 languages.   • Meeting point description: Please meet at Chouinard Pier 30 minutes prior to the cruise. Please note that parking is difficult to find and traffic can be very heavy during peak months. It is recommended that you use public transport or arrive well in advance of your cruise departure time.(10 Rue Dalhousie, Québec, QC G1K 4B2, Canada)

  • Accessibility:Not suitable for wheelchairs

  • Not allowed:No food or drinks may be brought aboard the boats

  • Know in advance:Live commentaries in French and English. An audio guide is available in Italian, Spanish, German, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean

  • Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time. Boats depart on time, so please plan accordingly

  • Starting in September, the 7 pm cruise will no longer be guided. The itinerary remains the same, but the commentary will be replaced by music for a lounge and relaxing atmosphere

  • Cruises operate rain or shine, unless adverse weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers. In the event of unfavourable weather, there's an enclosed area on the cruise boat

  • Credit card payments are the only method of payment accepted for personal expenses on board (cash isn't available)
