The hop-on hop-off sightseeing tour Line A brings you to the main attractions of Hamburg: drive through the beautiful Speicherstadt and modern HafenCity, see magnificent villas at the Outer Alster Lake, the town hall, the Reeperbahn and the impressive Port of Hamburg.

Hop on and off the 20 stops whenever you like. Buses run frequently, making it is easy to rejoin the tour at any time. This way, you can create your own itinerary and visit sights at your own pace.

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Departure for sightseeing tour: Stop 1 (St. Pauli Piers) or Stop 7 (central station/Kirchenallee) or at the other stops of Line A.(St. Pauli Piers 1-2, Hamburg, Germany)

  • Please note: The hop-on hop-off ticket is a day pass, valid from the first time of usage on the selected day until the end of service that day

  • Bus timetable: Daily, from approx. 9.30am to 5.00pm (from stop 1 St. Pauli Piers and stop 7 Central station/Kirchenallee), every 30 minutes

  • Please note: timetables vary with the season, please check the precise timetable here

  • A full tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, without hopping off and on

  • On public holidays or during events, there may be deviations from the schedule

  • Audio guide in 11 languages available: English, German, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, French, Japanese, Danish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic

  • Earphones for the audio guides can be picked up from the driver

  • Family ticket: 1-2 adults (age 15-64) and their children up to 14 years
