The boat is equipped with a glass roof that ensures an uninterrupted view regardless of the weather. In warm conditions, it can be fully opened for a true open-air experience. However, should the weather turn inclement, the roof can be closed within seconds to ensure all guests remain dry.

To enhance your cruising experience, there's a bar onboard where you can purchase refreshments. Whether you fancy a beer or a coffee, you can savour your drink while enjoying the unparalleled perspective from the water.

  • Meeting point description: Please look for the pier with the sign "Reederei Hadynski". The ship will be waiting on the river, directly next to the restaurant "Alois Moser Alpenküche", near the S-Bahn station "Hackescher Markt" and not far from Alexanderplatz. Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to departure(Anna-Louisa-Karsch-Straße, Berlin, Germany)

  • Extra fees to be paid on-site:Feel free to purchase drinks at the on-board bar (optional)

  • Know in advance:The ticket option ‘Reduced’ applies to guests over the age of 65 or for guests with disabilities

  • The ticket option 'City pass holder' applies only to guests who have the Easy City Pass Berlin

  • Check-in starts 25 minutes before departure and ends 5 minutes before departure. Please present your ticket to the staff before going down the stairs to the ship

  • The earlier you arrive, the more available seating choices you will have. While a seat is guaranteed, last-minute arrivals may not find seats together. The ship cannot wait for late arrivals

  • Your ticket is only valid for the tour at the booked time. You cannot board an earlier tour

  • There are three rotating ships operating in a 30-minute cycle, but only two of them belong to the local operator of this tour. If you arrive too early, you may see a ship from another company at the pier. This is nothing to worry about: After it departs, one of your ships, "Carola" or "Franziska", will arrive at the pier

  • Your on-board guide speaks German and English
