If the tour operates but no Northern Lights are seen, refunds will not be provided. However, guests will receive a complimentary rebooking on a standard Northern Lights tour, valid for up to two years.
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Tour duration is approximately 3–3.5 hours and may vary depending on weather, road conditions, and Aurora activity.
The appearance of the Northern Lights varies depending on Aurora activity and weather conditions. While vibrant colors may sometimes be visible to the naked eye, the lights can also appear faint. Cameras often capture more color and detail than the human eye. Our guides will be happy to assist you in taking photos during the tour.
