Know in advance:If you book your visit at 3:15, 3:30 or 3:45 p.m., lunch will be served before the visit (1:00 p.m.). For the rest of the hours, the restaurant service is available from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The lunch menu includes the following options per person: STARTERS, Roast chicken croquette, Iberian ham and read with tomato, Burrata Stracciatella with semi-dried tomatoes, pistachios and basil oil, Steamed calçots with truffle vinaigrette, sliced almonds and concentrated juice of calçots and ham, Vegetable and artichoke stew with chive velouté or Carpaccio of mushrooms, truffle and 36-month-old parmesan cheese; MAIN COURSES, Veal shank cooked at low temperature with celeriac and múrgulas, Mushroom and sausage rice ( min 2 persons), Baked sea bass with clams in green sauce and cardoon tagliatelle,, Lacquered poussin, smoked sweet potato with bimy and brussels sprouts, or Squid from the estuary with ganxet beans, herb and pod oil; DESSERTS , Chocolate and caramelised caramel textures, Homemade ice creams and sorbets, Sheep´s milk and orange blossom custard, Catalan cream and carquinyolis; CELLAR INCLUDED, Cava Anna de Codorniu ( 1 bottle/4 pax), Water, coffee or infusions
