At the Top Burj Khalifa tickets with optional experiences

Meeting point description: Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.(1 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd - Dubai - United Arab Emirates)

Know in advance:Level 124 General Admission includes access to Level 124 and 125 and outdoor terrace areas

Level 148 General Admission includes priority access to the world’s highest observation deck at level 148 with a guided tour and refreshments at the Sky Lounge. It also includes access to Level 124 and 125 and outdoor terrace areas

If you choose the 3-course meal at Rooftop, please note that your booking time is considered as your scheduled time slot to visit the Burj Khalifa. Lunch is served at Rooftop from 12:00pm – 2:00pm; dinner is served from 5:30pm – 7:30pm

If you book the option including audio guide, please download the PopGuide App from the iOS Store or Play Store before reaching your destination. The link to access the QR code is mentioned on the voucher that you'll receive after booking. The audio guide is available in 5 languages: English, Italian, French, Spanish, German

For the option with souvenir, you'll need to scan your ticket at the retail counter on the ground floor on the day of your visit in order to collect your souvenir. Souvenirs cannot be combined or exchanged with any other retail product

Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance

For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather

If you wish to see the spectacular fountain show, you are advised to book for approximately 30 minutes before the fountain show you would like to watch to get a good spot

The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, however, you are welcome to take your time

Please note that during the high season (winter) and festivities, there could be delays and queues

No VR Experience available for early morning visits before 8.30am

Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge. Children up to the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times
