To seek out the coveted truffle gems, from bianchetto to black truffles. You'll have the opportunity to gather these treasures yourself, immersed in nature and enveloped by the fragrances of the Mediterranean scrubland.

Following your truffle hunting adventure, unwind with a tasting of bitters and a hearty aperitif featuring local products and a fresh truffle speciality. These delicacies are prepared using the truffles collected during your expedition.

You'll also learn about the journey of transforming herbs from the Hyblean Mountains - such as Nepitella, Marjoram and Shrub Thyme - into signature bitters.
