Ski Dubai Ticket

Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

Meeting point description: Ski Dubai is located on the ground floor of Mall of Emirates. Exchange your confirmation voucher for a ticket with a QR code at the ticket counter.(Ski Dubai - Sheikh Zayed Road - Dubai - United Arab Emirates)

Not suitable for:Children under 2 are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai

Know in advance:Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 and above

Helmets are compulsory for children under 13

During the Holy Month of Ramadan, park timings are subject to change

Snow Park Activity:Giant Ball (Zorb Ball): The minimum height requirement for the child is 1.25 meters

For Mountain Thriller: a minimum height requirement is 1.25 meters

For Tubing Run: a minimum height requirement of 1 meter with an adult

For Bobsled: a minimum height requirement of 1 meter

For Chairlift: a minimum height requirement of 1.5 if below need to be accompanied by an adult 16 years (height requirement 1.5) and above

Snow Bullet Ride: should be 8 years old and above, minimum height should be 1.25 m. A minimum weight is 30 kg and a maximum of 120 kg and requires no medical conditions. A child should be accompanied by an adult

Slope access is available for experienced skiers/snowboarders only (intermediate level 2)

Skiers/snowboarders between 3–8 years old can only enter with adult supervision

Skiers/snowboarders between 9–14 years old can enter if the guardian is present within the Mall of the Emirates premises

Skiers/snowboarders 15 years old and above can enter without a parent/guardian

Skiers/snowboarders under 18 years old must submit the waiver form signed by their parent/guardian to enter the slope
