After your booking request is received, we will check real-time tee time availability at the golf course to finalize your reservation. The process will proceed as follows:

👉 The final booking will be processed with the golf course, and the following cancellation fees will apply according to the golf course's policy. (Please take note of this when booking.)
🔵 If your selected golf tee time is unavailable
👉 We will notify you of alternative available tee times via email, text message, or notification service.
👉 If you wish to use the alternative tee time provided, please confirm within 10 minutes. (Due to real-time booking, requests confirmed after 10 minutes may not be available.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, the final booking will be processed, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter. (If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be canceled without any cancellation fees.)

This is a membership-exclusive round where you will be joined with other golf course members. (4-person reservations not available)
Reservations may be cancelled if you are not joined by a golf course member.

After making a reservation, confirmation of the tea time and customer service will be conducted in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
The tea time offered is a real-time reservation, so you must reply confirming your usage within 10 minutes for the final reservation to proceed.
Please check in 30 minutes before your tee time on the day of your visit. Please present passports (for all accompanying guests) when checking in.
Please write your name in English on the name tag of your golf bag before departure.
When playing a round with two people, you may be joined with another team, and exclusive play with two people cannot be guaranteed.
The golf course available for use is subject to change depending on local conditions on the day of use.
Due to golf course operational policies and local conditions, reserved tee times are subject to change or may be moved earlier or later without prior notice (especially during the winter peak season at Southeast Asian golf courses, tee-off times may be slightly delayed).
Refunds and cancellations are not possible due to this.
If you are unable to proceed with the round due to personal reasons, refunds and postponements are not available.
