Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women

Remember to bring sunblock lotion, a towel, personal toiletries, insect repellent, snacks, and a plastic bag (to protect your electronic devices)

Please check with us if you have any special dietary requests, e.g. vegetarian. Please note that we cannot guarantee to meet all requests.

For safety reasons, tours and activities are dependent on weather conditions. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour or any of the activities

A liability release form must be understood and signed by the participant before the tour commences

Please respect the final decision of the boat's captain in the event of unexpected weather conditions, as they will decide whether to set sail, cancel, or delay the tour

All snorkeling equipment provided (mask and snorkel) are adult-sized. For children ages 12 and below, it is recommended to bring your own snorkeling equipment

Transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran will incur the following fees: 1–3 people: RM15/person; 4 or more: RM10/person. Transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fees: 1–6 people: RM30/person; 7 or more: RM15/person (all fees are one-way and to be paid directly to the driver)

Travellers with eyesight conditions are recommended to bring contact lenses or snorkelling masks with optical correction lenses.

Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 travelers in a chalet with either twin-shared bed or king-size bed. For group of odd number (example: 3 , 5, 7 & 9 travelers), sharing a chalet is possible with either twin-shared bed or king-size bed, supplemented by an extra bed.

For safety reasons, every guest is only allowed one (1) piece luggage (cabin or backpack size only) on board, otherwise a surcharge of RM50nett per luggage will be levied on and be paid by the guest.
