Product Info

The day begins with a comfortable pickup from your hotel in Bodrum in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle. As we depart the town, enjoy a scenic drive through the picturesque countryside of the Aegean region. Our first stop will be at Bafa Lake, where you'll enjoy a traditional open buffet Turkish breakfast in a lakeside setting the perfect start to an exciting day of exploration.

Our cultural adventure starts with a visit to the Temple of Artemis, once considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Dedicated to the goddess Artemis, the site was a major center of worship and an architectural marvel in its time. Though only the foundations remain today, standing at the site of this ancient temple offers a powerful glimpse into its grandeur and historical significance.

We then proceed to the House of Virgin Mary, located on the peaceful slopes of Mount Koressos. According to Christian tradition, it is believed to be the final residence of Mary, the mother of Jesus. The house is a significant pilgrimage site and offers a serene and spiritual atmosphere. It attracts visitors of all faiths who wish to experience its tranquility and pay their respects.

The highlight of the tour is undoubtedly the ancient city of Ephesus. As you walk through the well-preserved marble streets, you’ll encounter some of the most iconic ruins from the Roman era. The Celsus Library, once a repository for thousands of scrolls, still amazes with its grand façade. The Great Theatre, which once held 25,000 spectators, stands as a striking symbol of the city’s cultural life. Other key sights include the Odeon, Temple of Hadrian, Trajan Fountain, and the Agora. Each corner of Ephesus holds a story waiting to be discovered.

After immersing yourself in the historical richness of Ephesus, we’ll stop at a local restaurant for a delicious lunch featuring authentic Turkish cuisine. It’s a great opportunity to relax and reflect on the incredible history you’ve just experienced, while enjoying warm hospitality and regional flavors.

As the tour concludes, we begin our return journey to Bodrum with comfort breaks along the way. You will arrive back at your hotel in the evening, bringing with you unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for one of Turkey’s most iconic archaeological treasures.
