Product Info

Discover the most comprehensive way to visit the Cathedral of Santiago with a guided experience that combines history, art, architecture, and some of the most exclusive areas of the cathedral complex.

You can choose between two available times, at 10:00 AM or 4:00 PM, to tour the most iconic spaces of one of the great symbols of the Camino de Santiago with an official tour guide.

The experience includes admission to the Cathedral Museum and the Cloister, where you will learn about centuries of history, religious art, original pieces, and key areas to understand the evolution of the cathedral and the importance of Santiago de Compostela as an international pilgrimage destination.

You'll also visit the spectacular Portico of Glory, the masterpiece of Master Mateo and one of the most important jewels of European Romanesque art. After its restoration, its sculptures and details once again display all the symbolic and artistic richness conceived in the 12th century.

The tour also includes access to the cathedral's roofs, one of the most special experiences in Santiago. From the top of the temple, you'll enjoy unique panoramic views of the Plaza del Obradoiro, the historic center, and the Galician landscape, while learning how the basilica was built and transformed over the centuries.

Depending on the organization and availability of the cathedral, tours are normally conducted by first accessing the cathedral and museum areas, and then the Portico of Glory and the roofs.

An ideal experience for those who want to get to know the Cathedral of Santiago in depth and access unique spaces that are not usually included in a conventional visit.
