Once you arrive, you are free to explore the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial at your own pace. Your driver will wait for you as long as needed – no rushing, allowing you time to reflect and fully experience the site.

Please note: admission tickets are not included in the service. Guests must arrange their own tickets in advance. If you haven’t already secured tickets, your driver will gladly assist you on-site in trying to obtain them. However, due to long queues and high visitor numbers, we cannot guarantee ticket availability or entry at a specific time.
