- What is freediving?
Freediving itself is any act of seeking breath underwater, regardless of depth. There is no separate concept of success or failure.
- Sardine freediving
Safety training by professional Korean diving instructors and the perfect once-in-a-lifetime freediving shot with licensed local staff are a bonus~!!
- Theory Class: Basic theory class on freediving (approx. 30 minutes)
- Pool or shallow sea practice: Entry method, breathing techniques, finning practice (approx. 30 minutes)
- Underwater experience (approx. 30 minutes)
The time required may vary depending on individual ability.
How to Use

Detailed tour itinerary confirmed and provided 5.
