Refund and Change Policy
1. Cancellation terms are as follows:
a. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling 4 days (inclusive) before departure, the tour fee will not be deducted. However, any additional hotel bookings, bus tickets, or service fees will be subject to the policies of the hotel or bus company and may or may not be refunded.
b. If the group requests cancellation 3 days (inclusive) before departure or fails to participate on the departure day, it will be considered an automatic waiver, and the tour fee will not be refunded. If the group requests cancellation within 3 days (inclusive) before departure or fails to participate on the departure day, it will be considered an automatic waiver, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
c. If your company or a traveler withdraws from or is unable to participate in any part of the itinerary during the trip due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accident, etc.), the tour fee already paid will not be refunded, nor will any other services be provided as compensation. 2. Regarding the third and fourth roommates introduced free of charge during our recent "Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 2 Free" promotion, the cancellation terms are as follows: For the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 2 Free" promotion, the cancellation terms for the third and fourth roommates are as follows:
a. Early Cancellation: If the first two guests are enrolled in the tour as scheduled, and the third or fourth guest in the same room who is enrolled free of charge requests to cancel their seat more than 4 days before the departure date, they can cancel free of charge, with no penalty incurred. Early Cancellation: If the first two guests are enrolled in the tour, and the third or fourth guest in the same room who is enrolled free of charge wishes to cancel more than 4 days before the departure date, they can cancel free of charge, with no penalty incurred.
b. Cancellation within 3 days (inclusive) of departure: If the first two guests are registered for the tour as scheduled, and the third or fourth guest in the same room who is registering for free cancels within 3 days of departure or fails to show up on the departure day, we may impose a penalty of US$50 per person per day for the last-minute cancellation. Cancellation at the last minute within 3 days (inclusive): If the first two guests are registered for the tour, and the third or fourth guest in the same room who is registering for free cancels or fails to show up on the departure day within 3 days, a penalty of US$50 per person per day will be charged for each last-minute cancellation.
c. If a cancellation is made within 3 days of departure without payment of the penalty, or if the customer fails to show up on the day of the tour, we will charge the aforementioned penalty to the first and second customers in that order on the day of the tour. If a customer in the same order refuses to pay, it will be considered as unpaid tour fees, and we reserve the right to cancel the entire booking for that order. If a cancellation is made at the last minute within 3 days of departure without payment of the penalty, or if the customer fails to show up on the day of departure, we will charge both the first and second customers the penalty applicable to the day of the tour. If a customer refuses to pay, the unpaid tour fees will be considered unsettled, and we reserve the right to cancel all bookings under that order.
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 06:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
