  • Luggage information: You can bring both a full-size suitcase and a carry-on on Day 1. Our vehicle has enough luggage capacity for everyone on the first day of the tour. After checking out of your Las Vegas hotel on Day 2, your main bags will stay there at their bell desk. For Days 2–3, you'll only bring a small backpack or duffel bag on the vehicle, as space is limited during the national park portion of the tour. Make sure you bring a backpack/duffel bag for Days 2 and 3.
  • Pickup & Drop-off Details
    - 6:00 AM: LAX area – Sheraton Gateway, 6101 W Century Blvd
    - 6:45 AM: Downtown LA – InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, 900 Wilshire Blvd
    - Drop-off back at the place you stayed on night 1

  • At booking, select your Los Angeles departure point (LAX area or Downtown LA) and provide an active phone number and email so we can reach you with pickup details.
  • Luggage: You may bring one full-size suitcase plus a carry-on for Day 1. After checking in to your included Las Vegas hotel on the evening of Day 1, you'll store your large luggage at the hotel and travel with only a small backpack or soft bag for Days 2–3, when vehicle space is limited. You'll collect your stored luggage at drop-off on Day 3.
  • What's included: Standard national park entrance fees, 2 nights' hotel accommodation, 3 light breakfasts, unlimited snacks and drinks, and small-group transportation.
  • Additional costs payable on tour: Lunches and dinners are at the traveler's own expense, with the guide recommending restaurants along the way. The Lower Antelope Canyon entrance ($87) is not included. A tour guide gratuity of $15 per person, per day ($45 per person total) is required and collected on tour; a $5 per person tip for your Navajo guide at Lower Antelope Canyon is recommended but optional. Non-U.S. residents age 16+ must also pay U.S. National Park Service non-resident entry fees at Grand Canyon and Zion ($100 per adult, per park, or a $250 America the Beautiful annual pass covering up to four adults in one vehicle). These government fees are set and collected by the NPS and must be resolved before park entry.
  • Children under 5 cannot join the tour. Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. Child and adult prices are the same.
  • This tour involves stairs and uneven terrain and is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for travelers with significantly reduced mobility.
  • Please arrive at your designated pickup point on time; the vehicle departs promptly and refunds are not granted to late arrivals.
  • No refunds or compensation are provided to travelers who leave the tour partway through or miss it for personal reasons (e.g., missing travel documents, late arrival, illness, accidents).
  • Transportation is by small-group van (maximum 14 guests).

  • You'll receive an email from the tour operator, MaxTour LLC, confirming your pickup time and location the day before your tour. It will come from reservations@maxtour.co with the subject line "Important Info: Pickup Time for Tomorrow's Tour." Please watch the email address used at booking, including spam/junk folders. We can't provide compensation or a refund if an inactive or incorrect email prevents you from receiving these details.

  • If you haven't received pickup details by 1 PM the day before your tour, call the number on your voucher.

  • The itinerary is a guide only. In cases of force majeure (attraction closures, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control), the operator may modify or cancel arrangements without prior notice or compensation.

  • Travelers may be asked to present ID (passport or ID card) for verification, so please carry it on tour days.

  • Unlimited bottled water, drinks from an onboard cooler, and snacks are provided throughout the trip. A light breakfast is included each morning (e.g., muffins, fruit, nuts, grains, juice, and coffee — subject to change).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 10 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–9 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
