1. All services are by reservation only. Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a No-show and No refund will be provided.
2. As we are a salon highly popular among local clients, reservations may not be available for certain dates or time slots. In such cases, our CS team will contact you promptly via email or messenger.
3. For last-order clients, business hours will be extended until the service is completed.
4. Our services are available to clients of all ages, and pricing is the same regardless of age.
5. For options that include makeup services, all cosmetics are provided at the salon. Please arrive with a bare face; there is no need to bring your own products.
6. Additional charges may apply depending on the desired style discussed during the pre-service consultation. Any additional fees will be explained and charged only after your consent on-site.
7. Additional charges apply for appointments requested outside the standard operating hours. If you would like to book one of these time slots, please contact us in advance before making your reservation.

- For cancellations made 0 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
