All bookings must be made at least one day in advance; same-day bookings are not accepted. Tickets are valid only within their expiry date.
Visitors must have a valid ticket to enter Nickelodeon Town (hereinafter referred to as "the Park").
If a visitor enters the park without a valid ticket or is found to be without a valid ticket inside the park, the visitor must leave the park immediately upon request from our staff.
Please supervise accompanying children and elderly persons at all times. All children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to enter the park. Children aged 13 to 17 do not need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, but are not permitted to act as guardians for children aged 17 or under. Visitors must present valid identification documents upon request by our staff.
Adults aged 18 or older are not permitted to enter the park unless they are accompanying a child.
Each adult may accompany only one infant under the age of 2 into the venue at a time.
Please note that some of the park's facilities are not suitable for children under 2 years old.
All visitors must wear non-slip socks to enter the park. Visitors aged 2 to 17 must wear the non-slip socks provided by the park to enter.
All tickets and passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-resaleable. Visitors with any defaced or altered tickets or passes will be refused entry.
Visitors must leave the park when their playtime ends.
Visitors are responsible for the care of their personal belongings. We shall not be liable for any damage or loss to any visitor's property or personal belongings, whether or not such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
We reserve the right to prohibit the bringing of any bags, parcels or other items into the park.
For the safety of visitors and others, please refrain from running within the park.
Please respect other visitors while enjoying the park and avoid bumping into, pushing, or cutting in line. Accompanying family and friends must queue together; newcomers must not cut in line to join those already waiting.
For safety reasons, the park reserves the right to: (a) prohibit visitors from entering the park (if the park is full) and (b) refuse entry to visitors or ask them to leave the park for any illegal, unsafe or aggressive behavior or any other situation that we deem necessary, without refund or any compensation.

Many hotels also offer complimentary shuttle buses to Studio City. Public buses serve the area, with routes connecting to various parts of Macau for convenient access.
Most international visitors require a valid passport with sufficient validity (usually at least 6 months beyond the intended stay).
